Blow Molders For Sale

We have 2 Uniloy model 5700s for sale. The screw and barrel have been rebuilt. The gearbox has new bearings and seals. Heat bands on barrel have been cleaned and tested.

The rest of the molder is NEW, meaning hydraulics, 75 HP AC V.F.D., platens, rods, bushings, and toggle. Also NEW: cooling for hydraulics and gearbox, cooling oil for barrel heaters, and electrical wiring and electronics. The machine is controlled with a PC and drag-and-drop soft PLC software. This controller will detect if an input is triggered out of sequence, and shut down the molder, and on the screen it will tell you which input was triggered out of sequence.

One molder has 6 heads with 5” centers. The other one still needs a head. We will make what ever the customer wants. The molders will come with a set of molds what ever the customer wants. Takeoff and transfer system, detabber, spin trimmer and packaging.

One molder is set up to make from 8 oz. to 32 oz. single serving HDPE bottles, (dairy/juice bottles).
